Kengo Kuma i saradnici projektovali su ovaj izvanredan objekat mešovite namene u Odavari, Japan. Na zgradi se ističe dinamična fasada sa aluminijumskim panelima koji nose saksije kubičnog oblika. Saksije imaju organski izgled jer su rađene od perforirane pene koja stvara utisak starenja materijala i protoka vremena.
Ova petospratnica je završena na leto 2011. godine. Parking se nalazi u podrumu i u prizemlju, zajedno sa klinikom i apotekom. Naredna dva sprata zauzimaju kancelarije jedne privatne škole, dok ostale etaže okupiraju stanovi koji imaju pristup krovnim baštama.
Oprema kao što su crevo za zalivanje, cevi za ventilaciju i navodnjavanje smešteni su iza aluminijumskih panela kako bi redovno osvežavali ovu živu fasadu.
